Renée La Londe founded itD in 2005 with the vision of forging a new paradigm in tech consulting. In 2019, itD added SaaS to its expertise by launching three first-in-class SaaS products, an accomplishment that led to her being named Tech Innovator of the Year by Golden Bridge Awards in 2020.
Renée’s groundbreaking contributions to the industry through itD have won her company more than twenty Stevie® Awards, two Forrester Groundswell Awards, five Lithy Awards, two Best in Biz Awards, the Cisco Diversity Award, and many other accolades.
Renée La Londe has devoted herself to helping women find their voice in the tech industry and closing the gender gap in STEM throughout her career. In recognition of her efforts in this area, she was named Most Inspiring Executive in STEM by Women in STEM.
She is the founder of GLAM (Girls Leadership Academy Meetup), a nonprofit initiative that teaches girls aged 8-12 business acumen, leadership, and computer coding skills, to address the root causes of the gender gap early in life.
Renée was named one of the Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Tech by the National Diversity Council, is the recipient of an Enterprising Women of the Year Award and the National Mentoring Awards STEM Mentoring Award, and was named to the prestigious CRN Women of the Channel List. She also won a Stevie® Award for Female Entrepreneur of the Year, and participated as an expert speaker at Global Telecom Women’s Network and Women4Tech during Mobile World Congress, among other industry conferences. She co-wrote the book, Social Knowledge: Organizational Currencies in the New Knowledge Economy.
Mr. Wilkinson, our Chief Financial Officer, has over 30 years of accounting and financial reporting and audit experience, as well as mergers and acquisitions, and international business. He has both master’s and bachelor’s degrees from the University of Texas and is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas. While Mr. Wilkinson joined our company in early 2025, he has been advising our CEO, Renee LaLonde informally for over 15 years.
He recently served as Chief Financial Officer for Amelia Holdings, Inc., which was sold to SoundHound, Inc. (Nasdaq:SOUN) in August 2024. Mr. Wilkinson served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at SideChannel, Inc. (OTCQB:SDCH) from August 2019 until he retired in December 2022. He served as CEO of Sonim Technologies (Nasdaq:SONM) from October 2019 to May 2021. Mr. Wilkinson was the Chief Executive Officer of Xplore Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq:XPLR), an international rugged tablet company, leading up to the sale of the company to Zebra Technologies in August 2018.
Prior to his tenure at Xplore, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Amherst Holdings, a financial services company focused on real estate and real estate financing. In this role, Mr. Wilkinson took part in the successful sale of Amherst’s broker dealer subsidiary, significant capital generation for new strategies and the spin-off of one of the largest single-family equity businesses in the United States.
Mr. Wilkinson was the co-founder and Managing Partner of PMB Helin Donovan, a multi-office regional accounting firm where he led the growth of the firm both organically and through acquisition to one of the top 200 firms in the United States. His clients at PMB Helin Donovan included a large number of domestic public companies and international businesses. Previous accounting firm experience included work at KPMG in their Austin office.
Vikas has 25+ years of experience in providing architectural, technical & functional leadership in development, configuration, delivery of CRM, integration, custom application, business intelligence & enterprise search, for global organizations like Netapp, HP, Finastra, Global Foundries and other hi-tech companies. He brings extensive experience in delivering solutions from conception to production using global teams.
As the VP of Product Engineering at itD, he is responsible for shaping and implementing the product vision, strategy and design. He is passionate about adopting technology to solve business problems. He holds a Bachelors of Engineering degree in Electronics from University of Mumbai, India.
Karen brings more than 20 years of experience building and scaling global revenue engines across enterprise SaaS, platform, and services businesses. She has led large, complex portfolios, including a $3.5B business with more than 500 software partners, and has launched internal startups that achieved 10x growth in under a year. She is known for stepping into ambiguity, creating clarity, and aligning teams around customer-driven growth.
Karen combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring that go-to-market strategy translates into measurable results. Her leadership philosophy is simple: sustainable growth happens when teams are aligned, accountable, and relentlessly focused on delivering real value to customers. She also brings a sharp sense of humor to high-pressure environments, because building at scale should be intense, not unbearable.
Cecilia Landeros is the Global Director of Human Resources at itD, where she leads the company’s global people strategy across multiple regions, aligning talent, culture, and operations to support scalable, sustainable growth. She oversees worldwide HR operations while driving enterprise-wide organizational transformation, leveraging people analytics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making, optimize workforce performance, and enhance employee experience. In addition to HR leadership, Cecilia steers ESG and DEI initiatives, embedding inclusion, equity, and social responsibility into the fabric of itD’s global operations. She is recognized for translating complex business needs into actionable people strategies, building future-ready organizations, and partnering with executive leadership to navigate change in dynamic, global environments.
Previously, Cecilia held leadership and management roles at Apple, Infraworks, and SystemOne Technologies, where she played a key role in scaling global teams, modernizing HR capabilities, and aligning workforce strategy with evolving business objectives.
Cecilia is also the Director of Operations for Girls Leadership Academy Meetup (GLAM), one of itD’s two non-profit organizations. GLAM is a global nonprofit organization that offers two-day in-person and online STEAM education and leadership development programs which are free to attendees through corporate sponsorships and donations. GLAM events provide girls aged 8-12 and young women mentors aged 13+ with empowerment, inspiration, and support to believe in themselves and reach for their goals in business, STEAM, and leadership. GLAM’s award-winning curriculum includes the tools and scaffolding to help them find their voice, build their business acumen, and gain skills they need to become future global leaders! By learning from high level female leaders, participating in lively Q&A sessions, and exploring their superpowers in hands-on STEAM activities, attendees and mentors engage with positive role models and experience what’s possible for them, regardless of their socioeconomic circumstances.
Peter is a highly accomplished, dedicated technology leader with over 15 years of experience at start-up, mid-level, and complex Fortune 500 companies. His breadth of expertise spans business and technical strategy, program/portfolio management, agile product development, release management and business intelligence.
His accomplishments since joining itD in 2006 include impacting over US$3 billion in total purchase volume as the lead for PayPal’s C-Level initiative (Voice of the Customer), establishing a technical Project Management Office, successfully deploying Cisco’s largest business intelligence release, and launching itD’s first service-delivery transformation project, which spawned itD’s award-winning Enterprise Collaboration practice.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Business from Santa Clara University. He loves spending time with his family and spends his spare time involved in sports leagues as well as coaching kid’s football & basketball.
Cody Blue Gardner is a strategic operations leader with more than 15 years of experience driving large-scale transformation and operational excellence across global enterprise environments. He is known for building scalable systems, strengthening execution, and aligning teams around clear priorities that support sustained business impact.
His career includes leading major programs at Meta, where he scaled the company’s flagship New Hire Orientation and GMS Orientation programs to support more than 500 new employees each week, strengthened enterprise vendor ecosystems, and designed operating frameworks and workflows that improved accuracy, accelerated execution, and established consistent delivery standards across distributed teams.
At itD, Cody leads both the Account Management and Recruiting functions. He drives the redesign of delivery workflows, elevates operational standards, and implements process improvements that reduce friction, increase velocity, and strengthen outcomes for consultants and clients. He also contributes significantly to the PMO Community of Practice, advancing project management capability and reinforcing operational excellence across the organization.
He is known for creating clarity in complex environments, aligning teams around the work that matters, and building the operational infrastructure that enables consistent, high-quality execution at scale.
Ryan leads a global team of data professionals who help clients unlock the value of their BI, Data & Analytics solutions. With over 20 years of experience in management consulting, he has an extensive track record for incubating and scaling new capabilities with clients across several industries; most notably, retail, high-tech, life sciences, biotech, financial services, insurance and higher education.
His specialties include defining data strategies, building high-performing teams, overseeing the delivery of business objectives, and providing thought leadership on emerging data and AI trends. Ryan is passionate about creating data-driven cultures, enabling data governance, driving business intelligence, adopting AI and machine learning, and exploring new generative AI, GPT, data mesh, and data fabric design patterns.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Illinois State University. He enjoys fly fishing, exploring other cultures, and spending time with his family.
Purpose-driven and collaborative, Kevin Yee brings over 16 years of experience as a technology consulting leader. He has passion for partnering with the world’s most influential organizations to solve their most pressing challenges. Kevin operates at the cross-section of strategy and execution with a demonstrated history of client satisfaction across numerous enterprise initiatives. Kevin and his team have been the recipients of multiple client awards for delivery excellence.
As Director of Business Operations, Kevin’s goal is to bring the best of itD to clients through developing client relationships, delivery management, and client and Ambassador satisfaction. He is responsible for aligning itD’s operational functions to set goals, design scalable processes and ensure business are on track.
Kevin joined itD in 2018 after 7 years at a global consulting firm. Some of his most recent accomplishments for a leading retailer include standing up the enterprise data platform to enable marketing segmentation and personalization initiatives, program management of ML models for customer insights, establishing agile practices across technical projects, and deploying point-of-sale upgrades to over 450 stores in North America.
Kevin holds an MBA from Chicago Booth and Engineering degrees from the University of California at Davis and the University of Southern California. He resides in the Bay Area and loves spending family time persuading his kids to try different cuisines and then perfecting new recipes at home.

Mark has more than 35 years of experience as a high-tech executive. He was the founder and CEO of NCA Corp., a public software company specializing in design automation and MRP enterprise systems. Mark holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from London University and is a graduate of the Stanford University Business Executive Program.
